For eligible purchases from touchland, the return or exchange request period remains open for 30 days from confirmed delivery.

Return Labels and Quality Issues

For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange, touchland covers the shipping cost through a prepaid label or another no-cost method.

Refund Processing
